Rome – the Eternal City, where all roads lead and civilisation in the Western World began. Rome draws visitors across the world to come and walk it’s old, busy streets and see its wonders – churches, museums, ruins, and of course one of the wonders of the ancient world – the Colosseum. It’s a lot to see, even in a lifetime, so how do you squeeze so much historical site seeing into a weekend?View Post
I’ve always loved exploring new places. I caught the travel bug early, thanks to all those hikes and family camping trips to different parts of Britain as a child (thanks Dad). Whether it’s exploring a new part of the UK or jet setting off to a different country, my wanderlust will always pull me to exciting locations and unknown lands ready to be explored. One day I hope to have seen all the places on my bucket list, but until then I’m always looking forward to my next adventure.
So far, my travels have taken me across the world to Australia and Asia, as well as closer to home in Europe and the UK. This is where I share all of my travelling tales, whether it’s recommendations for itineraries, food recommendations or general ramblings. Many of my trips I complete alone as a solo female traveller, so if you are like me and love to travel by yourself or are looking to start a trip of your own, feel free to get in touch with me. If you want to know more about any of my wanderings, or simply to have a chat you’re welcome to contact me too!
